We appreciated our time at the hotel, thanks. Hideaway Cafe, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Great 3-star experience.

Accommodations were wonderful - clean, spacious and perfectly suited to our family. We were impressed with the new appliances and staff and the proximity of sand and sea.
One evening, there were 3 teenage girls and a dog in the swimming pool at night. With two small grandchildren who used the pool everyday, it was a shock to see that some thoughtless guest brought their dog into the pool. The staff did vacuum out the pool every morning, but we still felt there should have been some kind of pool supervision or locking of pool access after 10pm to ensure that this didn't happen again.

View from room, quality of room and facilities in room. Very friendly easy going staff, knowledgeable.
Sun loungers where quite uncomfortable, would recommend they invested in cushions available for customers.

My wife and I really enjoyed the room, balcony, and private beach setting. The environment was very informal and provided much needed relaxation and refreshment.
The sign immediately off the road didn't do much to attract travelers passing by. The boardwalk around the pool and leading from the pool to the beach was in great need of repair and upgrading.

Location
Resort in general looked like it needed a re-vamp. Peeling paintwork, rusty steps. Sticky kitchen. Spa bath didn't spa. Broken table in lounge.

Hotel is on the beach. Great kitchen.
This hotel needs updates. Furniture is old and broken. TV is too big for the size of the room. Needs new toalet seets. It is too expensive for what is offering. I do not know if low and high tides are happening in june only but if it is like that all the time than you need to lower your prices. We did not see the ocean because of low tides and there is a lot of grass that needs to be cleaned daily.

I stayed at Casa Del Sol Beach Resort on Grassy Key for 4 days. The location was very nice and quiet but convenenatly located near attractions, shopping and restaurants. The units were very big ,comfortable, and clean. The beach was unuseable because of the seaweed but they had a pool. The desk clerks were helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to freinds.
Parking was a bit of a problem and the beach was unusable

Not much. The advertising was more then the reality. The room was good. But the beach was no good and was to expensive for just two notes. $690.00 that's too much for nothing included. Not even a beach where you can bath in. Would not recommended or stay again.

The hotel is very tied, there are no on site staff (you go next door to book in). The beach stinks of rotting vegetation and the are no facilities with 5 miles. It's photographs are miss representing. The rooms and furniture are very very tired. It is. Very expensive and very poor value for money.

Very fast and friendly 'after hours" check in. Staff were accommodating and extra friendly, brought in a pack and play for baby. Check out also very easy and friendly, "no hastles"
smell of the ponds beside our unit, sour?

Although the seaweed was removed daily, the water looked dirty during our stay unlike the pictures on the Internet. The inside was like brand new and very clean. Two bathrooms were a plus even with 2 people it's preferable. A hint to the mgr: "Get the smell out of the elevator!" What a turnoff, but important for a first impression.Otherwise, a very enjoyable family friendly stay.

We liked the rooms, especially the balconies We like the ice water/maker on refrigerator 2 bathrooms Liked location it was close to some restaurants, state park, greenway, church.
Dryer didn't work Jacuzzi tub too deep for senior citizens to climb out comfortably, could use a grab bar. Unable to swim in ocean either low tide or shallow.
